On the ground floor there's a large living area, a sofa bed and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a gallery with a double bed. There is a roofed outdoor area with a huge table, benches and a barbecue. In the afternoons you can enjoy wonderful views and sunsets as this area is directing to the west overlooking the valley of the river Arno and the Balze.
